We arrived at lovely San Francisco last week. As we were walking along The Golden Gate bridge today, I could not resist the urge to just sit and write because the beauty of the place just inspired me to share some of what I was experiencing then and there, before the moment was lost. The bridge is beautiful and larger than life. I felt tiny in its presence. It shook as the traffic passed and was full of evening joggers and visitors from all over the world. I peered below the bridge as we crossed, not expecting to find anything. My eyes fell upon what seemed like a tiny cottage below the bridge at the edge of the waters. It took my breath away almost as much as the bridge did.
Even the sky was picture perfect. Nature’s art. Who needs paintbrushes when you’ve got this?
Here’s to more golden days ahead for everyone!
